If you are not satisfied or you made a mistake in ordering the wrong size or color, return the item within 30 days of purchase and we will happily replace the product to your satisfaction. Simply contact us by telephone (1-888-ZOOMER1) or email returns@zoomergear.com and get a Return Authorization (RA). Don't forget to tell us the reason for your return so we can handle the matter properly. To speed up the return process, return the product in as-new condition and include a copy of the original invoice along with the RA number. These steps will expedite your return. Since we have found that some people will not return the merchandise once they have received their replacements, we have to have a policy that replacements will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need your replacements right away we suggest you place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately. A refund/credit will then be made for the original order once it has been received by us. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. We have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process. Remember to contact us for a RA# prior to returning the product.
